Hi! My name is Bethesda. I am the Lead esthetician here at Ali&Co as well as the Education Director for BRSE! I fell in love with esthetics at a young age, not even knowing what all it entailed. At the age of 7 I fell in love with makeup and its artistry because of competition cheer and constantly having a full face on! I quickly grew up to realize makeup is not what makes you beautiful, its how you carry yourself and about what's on the inside. As I grew up, my hormones went crazy and I found myself using the word "Ugly" towards my acne. That's when it all began! Makeup is a skin enhancer, not a mask! Esthetics is where I find myself giving men and women the empowerment of realizing clear skin is not always healthy skin and breakouts don't define you! That right there is where my love for esthetics skyrocketed!
Hello! My name is Ally and I am the Spa Director and Master Esthetician here at Ali&Co! I have been into the beauty side of things since I can remember. I loved all things makeup when I was little, then 5 years ago after high school is when my interest in skincare came about. I watched SO many YouTube videos and started researching & educating myself for about 3 years before I realized I could make a career out of this love I have for skin, so I started esthetics school! Many people see skincare as a "luxury," but I learned that skin is the largest organ of our body, and that we need to treat it with the love and care it deserves. Having acne-prone skin myself, I have always struggled with my self confidence. I have thought so many times that my clients won't trust me or take my advice because I still struggle with acne, when the truth is acne can never be cured, it is only maintained. I'm grateful for these struggles in many ways, because it helps me to better understand my clients and I can relate to them on a deeper level. I am beyond blessed to be in this industry where I can help my clients feel beautiful in their own skin and I am SO excited to continue growing myself and my knowledge so I can be the best I can be for my clients. We are so thankful for all of you!
