One of the most common questions that estheticians receive is "when should I get a facial?" There is actually no right or wrong answer. You can get a facial whenever you feel like it! You may find that your skin becomes drier in the fall or winter season and you are looking for a facial for a hydrating and loving. Or maybe you happen to break out in the beginning of warm months and are looking for a cleansing facial. No matter what conditions you are facing, a facial is always going to be a beneficial option.
What is important is proper post-facial care. It is best not to schedule a facial before working out, but otherwise you can schedule your facial for any time of day that works best for you. Some women prefer early morning facials that will allow them to show off their glowing skin for the rest of the day, while other women prefer evening facials that allows them to skip their night time routine, so they can go home and go straight to relaxing.
